Big Concerts Coming to Virginia in February

Jiffy Lube LiveMany big name musicians will be coming to Virginia during the month of February. From major country acts to the biggest names in rock, hip hop and R&B, catch your favorite artists and discover new ones all over the Commonwealth.

In Richmond, the National is never gonna give you up, hosting 80s pop star and current internet meme Rick Astley on Feb. 12. Pepper and Less Than Jake play the venue Feb. 22 and indie rockers Young the Giant will be there on Feb. 26.

 

Americana musician Josh Ritter will be performing at University of Richmond’s Modlin Center for the Arts on Feb. 11. The Broadberry will also host rock and blues artist Anders Osborne on Feb. 17.

 

Country legend Arlo Guthrie will be stopping by the Birchmere in Alexandria for a three-night performance Feb. 17-19. Meanwhile, “The X-Files” star David Duchovny will be performing on Feb. 26 with songs from his 2015 debut “Hell or Highwater” along with some brand new tracks.

 

In Norfolk, the NorVa will be bringing in hip hop icons Method Man and Redman on Feb. 24.

 

Head to Charlottesville to catch country superstar Miranda Lambert at the John Paul Jones Arena on Feb. 24.

 

Singer/songwriter Edwin McCain will be bringing his Americana sound to the Harvester Performance Center in Rocky Mount on Feb. 11.

 

Country band Old Dominion plays a show at the Berglund Center in Roanoke on Feb. 18. There’s more country music the next evening with Travis Tritt on Feb. 19.
