Photo courtesy of Virginia State ParksOur winner’s home base is coastal Westmoreland State Park, which stretches for 1½ miles along the Potomac River and boasts spectacular water views. Activities include an interpretative kayak trip, swimming, hiking miles of nature trails, and special evening children’s programs. For more aqua fun, Deltaville offers a Chesapeake Bay fishing trip and the Deltaville Maritime Museum.
