    Virginia Beach for Spring Break?

by Casey | Posted on December 28th, 2010

It’s not too early to be considering spring break in Virginia. Are you beach-bound? We have a few deals you might consider as you make your plans.

VA Beach FamilyStay at the Holiday Inn Oceanside in Virginia Beach to take advantage of their “Breakfast with a View” deal, good through March 31, 2011. Your oceanfront room with private balcony will include a breakfast voucher for their on-site Latitudes and Attitudes restaurant.

Should  your stay extend past five days, there’s a special discount available at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites. This hotel is situated right on the sand for your surf and sun pleasure!

Surely pizza will be on the menu during spring break, right? Dine in or carry out at Bella Pizzeria Famous NY and get 25% off your total bill. Or, take 50% off your second entrée, pizza or appetizer!

If you need a break from the sun, venture over to Jamestown Settlement and Yorktown Victory Center. It’s the perfect break and at a reasonable rate, too, when you buy three of the American Heritage Passes and get one free! Why go? You’ll see the first permanent English settlement of 1607 and the course of history through America’s decisive Revolutionary War victory in 1781, not to mention the big ships you can board.

Other nearby attractions include First Landing State Park, Virginia’s most visited state park; Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center, and False Cape State Park, only accessible by foot, bicycle or boat!
