If you want to visit Tangier, better hurry. The Onancock-Tangier Ferry runs till the end of September and starts again in April.

Onancock is centrally located on Virginia’s Eastern and has some of the “best B&Bs in the nation.”

Stay in Onancock and see one of the Top Ten “Coolest Small Towns in America,” From there, visit Tangier Island…then go to Chincoteague, the Best Beach Town in America. There’s lots to see and do on the Eastern Shore.
