Getaway this Spring Break to Colonial Beach - a low-key family fun spot on the Potomac River!

Here’s a family-fun location with cute cottages, nifty dockside dining, and of course, a beach! Discover Colonial Beach on the Potomac River. It’s just across the river from DC, but worlds away in relaxing family time!

Nearby are wildlife viewing opportunities and watersports fun galore. Check out Westmoreland State Park and Caledon Natural Area. Both locations are known for Bald Eagles, Kingfishers and Osprey, so be sure to bring your camera. Hiking and biking trails keep the kids moving and you’re sure to make some awesome memories.
